Causing Barcelona s financial losses! Each body: There is a violation of the transaction to sign Malcolm during Bartomeu

The Daily Sports Daily reported that Barcelona's transaction to sign Malcolm at that time was in violation of regulations.

According to a report by the Catalan police, Barcelona during the Bartomeu era paid 10 million euros to the intermediary company BFE for services that "does not exist or are much higher than the market price."

The report reveals two violations. First, in order to avoid taxes, Barcelona revised its contract with Malcolm. The net compensation of 10 million euros originally intended to be given to the players was split into 1.5 million euros paid to the players and 8.4 million euros agency fees paid to BFE. This move evaded nearly 50% of personal income tax, causing the board of directors of current chairman Laporta to make "preventive tax adjustments" to avoid fines.

Secondly, police found a second agreement signed in 2020 but dated back to 2019, according to which Barcelona paid BFE multiple invoices, with a total amount of up to 740,000 euros. These invoices are nominally intermediary services for youth training players, but the players involved have either left the team as free agents or Barcelona has never had its registration rights. Police believe that the purpose of such a false invoice is to make up for the net 10 million euros paid to Malcolm's transfer middleman.

The case is being tried by Barcelona Court of Investigation No. 16, with Bartomeu and Oscar Grau, and many other former executives under investigation for suspected improper management. Prosecutors believe that these operations caused Barcelona to lose about 4 million euros, while Laporta's forensic report commissioned by the forensic report believes that the losses are as high as 30 million euros.
