Former trainer: The collapse of the Lakers dynasty is not just a matter of the OK combination. Everyone has a responsibility for the team.

Recently, former Lakers chief trainer Gary Witty talked about the collapse of the Lakers dynasty in 2004 while visiting Byron Scott's podcast. He believes that this should not be blamed only by O'Neal and Kobe, and that the specific responsibility involves more people.

Viti said: "A team is like a family. You might lose your temper with your family, you might get angry with your mom, dad, brother or sister. But you won't stop loving them, that's the difference. In that era, we stopped loving each other, and when that happened, people started to take sides."
