Milan's former player Strathor talked about topics such as returning to Milan to coach Allegri.

He loves coaching training and always teaches you something extra in training, knows how to give you the right advice and knows how to make you feel good. He pays great attention to details when working, and I remember that during the training in the week, he would arrange a day to pay special attention to defenders and midfielders on the other day. He always hopes to keep improving the team. And off the court, he was really good, knowing how to joke, amuse, and relax everyone, and he even played net football with us.
