MiType: Osmayen s transfer is blocked, Naples asks for bank guarantee, but Galatasaray refuses

According to the "Sports of Milan, Naples asked Galatasaray to provide bank guarantees for Osmeen's transfer fee, but Galatasaray refused to do so.

Galatasaray is preparing to introduce Osmeen this summer and is negotiating with Naples. Galatasaray had previously agreed to pay Osmayen's 75 million euros termination fee, but they could not pay the money in one lump sum, but instead demanded payment in installments within five years. After negotiations, Naples accepted installments, but also asked Galatasaray to provide bank guarantees to avoid being unable to pay on time in the future.

However, Galatasaray is reluctant to provide bank guarantees because this may lead to financial risks for the club, and in the international transfer market, there is no obligation to require the buyer's club to provide bank guarantees. Galatasaray vice president Abdullah Kavukchu and transfer middleman George Gardi both came to Italy this Thursday to hold a new meeting with Naples sporting director Manna in an attempt to find a new solution.

Galatasaray Club Chairman Durson Ozbek said: "We will never do anything that may put Galatasaray in a financial crisis. In Galatasaray, everything is carried out according to the rules. We will never and will never do anything that may lead the club to a financial crisis in the future. The same applies to Osmeon's transfer negotiations."

But the Milan Sports pointed out that the person who asked Galatasaray to provide bank guarantees was Naples chairman de Laurentis, which is a prerequisite for completing Osmeon's transfer transaction. Osmeen's transfer fee is as high as 75 million euros, so Naples is never willing to take any risks.

In addition, Osmeen has accepted a 3+1 contract issued by Galatasaray, with an annual salary of 16 million euros after tax. If the two clubs fail to reach an agreement in the end, Osmaine will need to return to Naples on July 15 to participate in the pre-season training camp.
