According to the Ass, Spanish coaching school president Garland called for severe punishment of Real Madrid's illegal registration, because Real Madrid registered Mastantono in the reserve team, but the players played for the first team.

The Spanish football community has recently caused controversy over the Mastantono incident. Although Mastanuto plays for Real Madrid's first team, the club has registered it in the reserve team. This approach is not uncommon in La Liga, but has attracted widespread attention. CENAFE (Spanish Coaching School) President Miguel Angel Garland has sent two letters to the Spanish Football Association, requesting an investigation and action on the matter.

Garland urged the contest judge to take the initiative in Real Madrid's next match against Oviedo. The second letter was sent to Football Association Chairman Luzan, asking for stricter rules to prevent such behaviors and proposed the creation of a dedicated reserve league.

According to regulations, once a player signs with the first team and pays the transfer fee, he or she should be a member of the first team. However, registering players in the reserve team, even if he only plays for the first team, is clearly a violation of Article 125 of the Spanish Football Association. Garland pointed out that this practice has become a common means for clubs to circumvent financial restrictions and league regulations, but it also constitutes legal fraud.

Garland called on the contest judges not to avoid this matter, but should take the initiative to intervene. He wrote: "In order to maintain the normal operation of the game, I ask you to immediately and actively intervene and initiate the investigation process in accordance with Article 22 of the Discipline Ordinance. This behavior must be reviewed before the next game to ensure the impartiality of the results and the legality of the lineup."

In addition, Garland also recommended strengthening existing rules, requiring all players registered in the reserve team to participate in at least five official reserve matches before being called by the first team. At the same time, he proposed to establish a league system specifically for the reserve team to ensure fair competition.
