According to US media Hoops Wire, an NBA scout talked about the rumors that "the Cavaliers contacted Ritchie Paul to talk about the James deal", which he thought was nonsense.

According to reports, Rich Paul recently told ESPN that four teams have contacted him for a potential James deal, and the Cavaliers are allegedly one of them.
