Basketball

Today, the second season of Lakers forward James' podcast program "The Brain of the Field" was updated in the latest episode. James talked about many topics with the guest host Nash. The theme of this issue is the NBA draft and potential changes in NBA rules.

When asked about his vocal skills as a leader, James said, "I used to be a teenager in the class and liked to joke, and I still do this today. Everyone around me knows that I like to joke and joke, and I think that's where I like to speak. But when I started playing sports, some of our little league coaches said, 'OK, you can turn this into an advantage in sports. You can use your voice to help some kids on the field, who may not have the confidence to speak, or they may not want to speak.' Then I went to high school and my high school coach told me that your biggest strengths besides your technical skills. I just like to speak out. Be able to shout out the opponent's tactics in advance, shout out our tactics when we enter the frontcourt, act as the last barrier to defense, etc. I am always the one who shouts tactical calls, even when I was in my first year of high school. Maverick and I were our senior captain. But even if I was a 14-year-old freshman, my voice was the loudest. That lasted until my senior year, and my voice was always majestic, I knew what was going on on the court, and that helped our team. We won the state championship three times in four years, and I saw the voice conveying effect."
