In an official interview with the Lakers a few days ago, new aid Ayton talked about the reasons for choosing the No. 5 jersey.
Ayton said, "When I was a kid, I had a friend who played basketball well. When I came to the United States as an exchange student, he was basically James. He was a person who worked hard every day.
